Control Panel is optimized for Firefox web browser.
Internet Explorer works fine for most people, but if
you experience any problems - please (1) clear your cache, (2) close/re-open your browser, and (3) try again. If you continue to encounter
difficulties let us know, and please attempt the same edits with Firefox web browser.

Using Internet Explorer 8 as your browser
Click on the "Safety" menu at the top of the page
Click "Delete Browsing History..."
Check the box next to: "Temporary Internet Files and History"
Click the "Delete" button
Wait for the computer to completely process, and when it finishes the window will close and return focus to the browser
